Types of Membership

Responding Member

Responding members are those who perform the Squad's mission of answering emergency calls within the Township and surrounding communities.  Responding members must pass a physical examination and complete a background check as well as other requirements as set forth in the Squad's bylaws.  New members serve a probationary period of one year.

Responding members must commit to some of the Squad's shifts.  No experience is necessary and all training is provided.

Support Member

These members support the Squad's mission through recruitment, fundraising and care of the Squad's property and equipment.
